Customs clearance process for air freight, sea freight & delivery

Air freight customs clearance process

Email us the following documents:
*Air waybill copy
*Commercial invoice from supplier
*Packing list
*Letter of authorisation (I will provide a blank template)

 

  1. Our licensed air freight customs broker will compile your customs entry, classify commodities and electronically lodge your Australian import declaration

  2. We will invoice you for our agency fees plus customs duty, customs GST and government customs processing charges

  3. We will notify you when your goods are released by customs and quarantine

  4. We will arrange delivery or pickup from our warehouse

 

 

Sea freight customs clearance process

Email us the following documents:  
*Bill of lading or arrival notice or pre-alert
*Commercial invoice from supplier
*Packing list
*Packing declaration
*Letter of authorisation (I will provide a blank template)

  1. Our licensed sea freight customs broker will compile your customs entry, classify commodities and electronically lodge your Australian import declaration

  2. We will invoice you for our agency fees plus customs duty, customs GST and government customs processing charges

  3. We will notify you when your goods are released by customs and quarantine
